The Purpose and Mission of Our Site
The mission of this site is to empower buyers, sellers, investors and renters, alike.
The Apple, Peeled was born out of a desire to shed intelligent light on the world of Manhattan Real Estate. It intends to peel the layers currently surrounding this world and discuss markets trends, real estate topics and developments with a transparent and objective lens.
At The Margolis Group, at Prudential Douglas Elliman, we infuse a top-down economic and market perspective with bottom-up, on-the-ground insights to generate what we hope to be a truly unique place to learn, share, and grow together. We’re trying to do things … a little differently.
… And to not take ourselves too seriously, we try to inject a little humor, however quirky. You may find a little surprise here and there throughout the site, whether it be through our links, naming conventions, or our writing, itself.
