The never-ending co-op vs. condo battle

You may have seen a recent NYT article outlining the downside of owning a condo during these turbulent times:  when an owner forecloses on their unit, the remaining owners “shoulder the burden of higher costs or reduced services”. Yet co-ops have their own troubles as some boards are beginning to reject buyers and turn down deals that are priced too low.
