On a quarterly basis, we will be polling you and reporting the results. This month’s poll will be open from May 15 to June 1, so make sure your perspective is counted in the upcoming index readings!
To date, we only have two data points on which to report, so the graphs are … well, a bit uneventful. More interesting is the difference between buyer and seller expectations of housing price movement. Bear with us as we continue to compile data, quarter by quarter.
(By the way, we welcome your suggestions for a better acronym for our beloved index – we may be opening up Pandora’s Box in reaching out, but hey: we like livin’ on the edge!)
